Can I change the vehicle after the reservation?
Yes. If you want to change or cancel your reservation, please reach us using the information on the ‘Contact’ page.
Where can I take the vehicle from and where should I return it?
You can pick up the vehicle from our office. You must return the vehicle to the same location. We can arrange a transfer for you to/from our office.
What documents should i present to pickup the vehicle?
You should present your valid driving license and the passports for all the registered drivers.
Payment
What are the methods of payment for the car rental services?
You can pay by cash or by major card providers like VISA, MASTERCARD etc.
Insurance
Are the vehicles insured?
Yes, all our vehicles have mandatory Third Party Liability insurances.

Is it possible to drive to the occupied north side of Cyprus?
It is strictly prohibited to take the rental vehicle to the Northern part of Cyprus. No insurance and no service are provided.

What is the Fuel Policy?
Our policy is full to full fuel. You must return the vehicle with the same fuel level as received. We can provide you with information about near gas stations.
Are there any maps in the vehicle?
Yes, if you wish, we will provide maps of Ayia Napa.
