This website is operated by P.I Napa Rentals (hereafter referred to as ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘P.I Napa Rentals’). As a user of this website (hereafter referred to as ‘you’, ‘your’, or ‘Renter’) you acknowledge that any use of this website is subject to our terms and conditions below.

Please, read through these terms and conditions carefully before using this website. You may also read our Privacy policy section regarding the use of your personal information. Any data process statements that appear in this context apply to Privacy Policy.

• P.I Napa Rentals reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on this website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions every time you use the website.
• Your continued use of the website means your acceptance of the latest terms and conditions.

 

Inquiry process

1. All the inquiries you place on this website will be subject to acceptance of these terms and conditions and the specific terms and conditions of the service you inquire about.
2. Upon completion of the inquiry process, you will receive a mail with the submitted details.
3. The ‘Submission’ stage sets out the final details of your inquiry. After we receive your inquiry via email, we will process the information and we will contact you using the contact information you have provided to give you more details and eventually complete the booking.
4. The minimum rental period is 1 day.
5. P.I Napa Rentals has the right to deny any inquiry.

 

Vehicle pickup process

1. Renters will have to sign a rental agreement when they pick up the vehicle. This agreement will state all the necessary information that the renter will require.
2. All vehicles have all the necessary equipment and documents allowing legal road use, of which the Renter becomes custodian in front of the law.
3. Payment is required upfront at the time of the pick up in our office.
4. A valid driving license and passport (travel document) must be presented to sign the rental agreement for all the drivers.

 

Payments

1. We accept cash and all major bank cards.
2. Full amount payment must be completed on pickup.
3. On very rare occasions a prepayment may be needed to secure the reservation via bank transfer.

 

Vehicle return process

1. All vehicles are the property of P.I Napa Rentals and the Renter is obliged to return it to the owner in perfect condition as when it was delivered.
2. The vehicle will be examined for any issues.
3. The vehicle fuel level will be checked.

 

Fuel

The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as picked up. Our policy is full to full fuel. Information about near gas stations will be provided to you on pickup.

 

Cancellations

1. If you have a verified reservation and you can cancel by contacting us on the contact details provided on our website.
2. In case of prepayment, the amount is not refundable.

 

Insurance

1. Your rental agreement includes Third Party Insurance.
2. You must be between 18-70 years old to be able to rent and drive any vehicle.
3. The price offered to you includes the insurance for your rental agreement.
4. Any extra driver is included at no additional cost only if the details are included in the rental agreement.
5. It is strictly prohibited to take the rental vehicle to the Northern part of Cyprus, which is illegally occupied by the Turkish Military. No insurance and no service are provided.

 

Damages – Liability

1. In case of any accident including other property, humans or any other damages you must contact the local authorities

Other renter’s obligations

1. The renter shall keep the vehicle at all times in his/her possessions and custody and shall not allow any other person to drive the vehicle except with the I Napa Rentals’ (owner’s) prior written consent.
2. The Renter is allowed to drive the vehicle only in the Famagusta area (Ayia Napa, Paralimni and Protaras)
3. The renter is responsible for any traffic fines. It is by the law to wear helmets and seat belts on specific vehicle categories.
4. The vehicle must always be locked when parked. Lost or broken keys are the responsibility of the renter.
5. The vehicle may not be used
   1. for racing, speed tests, off-road courses or driving instructions
   2. by any person under the influence of alcohol, drugs, narcotics, or barbiturates
   3. by any person other than the Renter who signed the contract.
6. Petrol is not refundable.
7. The Renter is responsible to be sure the fuel used is correct. Any damages for wrong fuel are not covered by any insurance.
